The Queen City Neighborhood Association serves as a unified voice for residents within its geographical boundaries. It advocates for community interests and needs, organizes events to foster a sense of community and works to enhance the quality in the neighborhood. Our community values are the principles and beliefs that guide how we serve the residents of Queen City. Our unchanging motto is to E.M.B.R.A.C.E. Queen City through empowerment, mobilization, belonging, responsibility, accountability, collaboration and engagement.
Empowerment
When every resident has the resources and information to actively participate in decision-by making processes, community meetings, and initiatives, we ensure every voice is heard and respected.
Responsibility
When we are collectively responsible for the well-being and improvement of the neighborhood, we steward our resources and environment with love and care.
Engagement
When we facilitate active engagement in community events, we build community, foster camaraderie, and practice safety.
